1. Review syllabus for the week.

2. Discuss Ch. 5 and 6 study guide questions.

3. Add to allegorical chart.

4. Check and Compare Propaganda Log entries – should have at least 10 by now.

5. Correct pgs.18 & 19 in packet.

HW Reread Ch. 7 and answer study guide questions pg. 20 in pkt.

November independent reading journals due next Mon. 12/7.

Tues. class

1. Writing Assignment Warm-up. Students will respond in LA notebook to directions on the overhead.

2. Discuss overhead work and Ch. 7 questions. If not enough time – finish discussion tomorrow.

HW Read pg.98 to middle of pg.104 of Ch. 8.

Write in LA notebk. important events that happen. (at least 10)

Add to propaganda Log.

Wed. class

1. Finish discussion from Tues. if necessary.

2. Finish reading Ch. 8 – pgs.104 to 113.

3. Answer study guide questions for Ch. 8 and add to propaganda log.
